The Knights of Columbus are committed to continually and earnestly helping to promote the Catholic faith in our youth. As a result, a scholarship was established in the form of an essay contest which would determine a winner of a four-year scholarship to a Catholic high school in Miami-Dade County. For over 25 years, the Coral Gables Council 3274 has raised the funds necessary to continually meet its obligation to all of its essay contest winners. However, because yearly tuition costs for Catholic schools have significantly risen. Council 3274 has decided to raise the dollars given towards the scholarship through a fundraiser with a sport close to its roots. By participating in the “Knock ’em Down” fundraiser, you can help offset the cost of a child in need to better afford enrollment at a Catholic High School.
